• upgrade-cluster

  This action performs a refresh of the LXD snap in the cluster. This action takes the channel from the current charm configuration and will perform a refresh on the same channel. This action fails if a change in the channel is found. To go through the upgrade you need to set the force parameter as true.

  Usage: juju run lxd/0 upgrade-cluster force=true

  Params

  • force boolean

    Force the snap refresh even if the channel changed. Default value: False

• upgrade-info

  Check the upgrade for the dependencies of the LXD charm, such as GPU drivers, anbox-modules package, LXD snap updates. Running this action would give an overview of upgrade information to the administrators.

• upgrade-machine

  This action performs an upgrade of the LXD node including the GPU drivers and the anbox kernel modules. This action however does NOT do any LXD snap refreshes. If the node is added to AMS via a charm relation, the node must be put into maintenance mode in AMS via the start-maintenance-action (available in charm versions >= 1.25) on the AMS charm before running this action.

  Usage: juju run lxd/0 upgrade-machine reboot=true

  Params

  • force-nvidia-series-upgrade boolean

    The charm does not automatically update the nvidia driver series. This can however be changed through the charm configuration attribute nvidia_driver_series. If this flag is enabled the new driver series will be installed replacing the old one. Default Value: False

  • reboot boolean

    Reboot the machine automatically after the upgrade finishes. Default value: False
